In the event disc is damaged, or looks like the postman used it as a frisbee, you will only get refunded, I cannot send a replacement.Most DVDs were purchased from old Hollywood Video and Blockbuster Video lot. Newer titles were purchased from storage auctions. I inspect and play through each one listed. I would not sell a DVD in a condition that I myself would not want to own. Disc will be shipped USPS First Class mail, in an envelope with stamps. There is NO TRACKING NUMBER. The discs will be mailed out the following business day. PLEASE be patient if you have not received the item by the delivery date! You are purchasing an item with NO TRACKING! That means the actual status of the delivery date cannot be verified. Ebay estimates delivery time and it will sometimes arrive late, especially during the holidays. The farther you are from California, the longer it will take.
