We offer refunds or replacements for damaged ships due to non shipping related issues within 7 business days. If you wish to return a starship, we ask you to first send us an image of the issue. In order to be issued a refund or replacement, you must return the damaged ship. Upon receiving the damaged ship, we will issue your refund or mail out your replacement. We do not ship to freight forwarding companies. If your shipping address comes up as one, we will cancel the order without hesitation.We do not ship to secondary addresses.
