Description: This listing is for previously read paperbacks of three wonderful books brought to us by J.R.R. Tolkien, author of The Lord of the Rings. The books are all in nice shape, previously read but well-kept. They measure about 4-1/4 x 7 inches. Hopefully the pictures do them justice. Included are: The Hobbit; The Silmarillion; and The Lays of Beleriand. The Hobbit is shown as a Revised Edition. There is a foreward by his son, Christopher Tolkien, printed in The Silmarillion and he edited The Lays of Beleriand. ~~ Please see my other auction items. Buyer to pay all shipping & handling costs, but shipping may be combined (for destinations in the U.S. and Canada only). International bidders will be responsible for separate shipping costs for each item purchased. ~~ My combined shipping policy is this: I weigh the entire package after you have finished bidding over a week's time (unless we agree ahead of time to a different timeframe). I estimate the shipping fee based on that weight and your zip code, using the USPS website. I add a $2 handling fee for the first item. That fee is already included in the amount shown on the item description’s shipping calculator. It covers the costs for packaging, printing, and gasoline. Delivery confirmation is covered at no extra cost. I charge $1 handling for each additional item. I ship using USPS Priority Mail, both locally and to Canada.
