THIS BOOK IS IN FINE - CONDITION This original, 94-year old, first edition, antique book is in excellent condition. The book comes complete with the original, publisher's announcement, an uncommon item (see photo #6). Bound is attractive maroon-colored, oil cloth covers with bright, gold-impressed lettering on the spine, this complete, two-volume book set is handsome, clean and solidly bound. The exterior is clean, sharp and have no bumping, rubbing or discernible edge wear. There are two small spots at the spine lettering as shown. The interiors are clean and the pages are in excellent condition. There is a matchhing prior owner signature and date (1927) on the front end page of each book as shown, but there isn’t another mark in either book. The books are free of any foxing or smudging. There are no stamps or pasteboards and it is not an ex-library book set. The set has solid binding throughout and all hinges are fine.
