Book is in VG condition: tight, square, lightly-read (if read at all) binding, with bump to the front lower corner, and faint push to the lower corner of the rear board. There is a very faint bow to the book, but barely noticeable. Very minor handling wear to boards. No interior marks! Toning to front endpapers (see pic.) with corresponding toning to front jacket flap... likely from newspaper clipping? Interior is surprisingly bright and lacks the foxing that is seen now in most of the early print runs. P. 55 has a vertical score mark. (see pic.) Unclipped dust jacket in excellent condition for its age. Toning to front flap. A pair of faint dampstains to front panel. Rubbing to extremities, top edge and corners.
