Description: For sale is a single USED 16x20 canvas panel. Best I can guess is that this was sold by the 1950's department store 'The May Company' in California. The letters on the back were likely screen printed on there and sold to them for resale. The work surface had black velvet glued to it. The canvas surface is still there, the glue was so old that its lost its tack. The back has some unknown liquid stain marks, and damage / indentions from nails holding it into the frame it was in. It does not have any 'offensive' odors. It still has a good solid feel to it, and not 'warped'. One corner is bent down, but hasnt created any creases or buckling. It is discolored, from age, and the old adhesive used. If you have any questions about the canvas itself, feel free to message me, I answer promptly most of the time. Sorry for the shipping cost, I have to mail this in a larger box, I dont want this getting damaged or bent. Feel free to send offers!
