The cover is in G condition, with wear to edges, ~8cm - 10cm seam splits on bottom and spine. There are stamps with station's name on the front and back covers. On the back cover there's some writing on top edge, old tape & tead on right edge and "Preview Copy" in red ink printed on back. The record has many marks. It was fully played and plays without skips / Jumps but there are many marks. It plays better than it looks and it's enjoyable but if you are looking for a top clean copy for your hi-end audio setup, this is not your copy. On both sides labels there's a "FREE" stamp and on A-side label there's a tear from a removed sticker, on B side label there's a sticker (I rarely use NM, and almost never M, my grades are very strict and accurate).
