There's no date of publication, but WorldCat shows editions in 1829 and 1838. It's a 5.75"x9" hardcover, with around 800 pages, bound in three-quarter calf over marbled boards. The novels included are Peveril of the Peak, St. Ronan's Well, Redgauntlet, and Tales of the Crusaders. The book is in acceptable condition, with heavy wear to the leather and boards, a bit of fraying at the spine top. Many pages have foxing, some heavy. There are a few small pencil marks on the ffep. The binding is firm.
