PLEASE make sure you are checking out the operating system and all required info before buying. No returns/refunds on this because it doesn't work on your operating system if you didn't check. It is up to YOU to know what you are buying with old PC games! You get what is pictured only, if it is not pictured, it is not included. That means case/disc/cover art/manual or any inserts. Games are cleaned up as best as we can, but some sticker residue, scratches, scuffs, etc. may still be present. Some jewel cases may also arrive with cracks/damages - we replace them where we can, but we don't always have extra jewel cases. Single PC games are *always* shipped in a bubble mailer - unless they are very expensive. Sets of PC games will ship in a box or a larger bubble mailer.
