This comes from the revised “Orton”phonograms, Explicit Phonics with Handwriting Instructions . It is a neurolinguistic approach to cognitive development and English literacy. It engages auditory, verbal, motor and visual skills. There are 71 phoneme/grapheme cards that show both book print and manuscript writing. The back of the cards have a sound key and instructions for teaching the sound and letter formation, student dialogue, formatting, background information and sound/symbol updates, and teaching tips. The cards are printed on heavy duty card stock and measure 5 1/2” x 4 1/4”. There are also 8 double-sided introduction and instruction cards . The cards have been used, so you may notice some yellow discoloration around the edges, stray pencil marks, or minor creasing. Overall, they are in good condition. The box is in good condition but does have some wear such as a raised surface on the front and some wear around the corners. T17
