Description: This is an original 1944 hardcover copy of "The Romance of Medicine," written by Benjamin Lee Gordon and published by F. A. Davis Company. The topics discussed can be seen on the contents pages in my 7th & 8th photos. The copy being offered is in fair vintage condition overall. As you'll see in my first three photos, the covers have moderate wear, with some light scratches & scrapes, dented corners, light wrinkles near the top edge of the back cover, and edge rub marks. Inside, there are black scrape marks inside the front & back covers and writing inside the front cover (shown in my 4th and final photos), but the pages are otherwise clean, crisp, and strongly bound. I found no other marking or writing (other than what's inside the front cover) as I flipped through the book--if there is any more, it certainly isn't much.
