D,C VOLTS - OUTPUT PER 1000 R.P.M. 6.5 UG2 - 010 1716-00 The second nameplate has the following.... ITEM IDENT. 05088- FRF 82 - 24 0 (?? - We are not sure if the last number ia a "0" or not!) Volts 115 Hz 60 Amp Ph. 1 Hp R.P.M. 3400 Duty FAN Cap 3MFD Rise 55 The Singer Company Kearfott Division (Diehl) Mfg. 09301 Made in U.S.A, SINGER There is a number stamped on the motor it is.... FSN 6105-437-7840 The overall size of the motor is... 17 1/4" X 6 1/4 X 6 1/4 The splined shaft is 1" x 5/8" Diameter There are 14 splines on the shaft. There are four mounting holes, they are 7/16" Inner Diameter Weight: 36 LBS. Unused! The electrical terminal block where the wires are attached to is damaged and needs to be replaced. (See Pictures) There is a dent on the end where the squirrel cage fan is, the dent is approximately.... 1" x 3/4" x 3/16" deep. We are able to spin the squirrel cage fan freely, using a pen. But we do not know if the dent will affect the fan when it is turned on. (See Pictures) There is a little rust.
