Description: This is volumes 1-13 of “The Works of Oliver Wendel Holmes”. It does not include two other volumes which include his notes and letters. Blue cloth with leather title sticker on spine. This is a beautiful set that still retains it’s vivid colors and has very little shelf wear, but it does have a few flaws. One is some small abrasions on each end of the spines (photo), the other are mysterious light orange, drop size stains that invaded some pages in the books, mostly in the beginnings (photo, this is the worst case scenarios, most pages are crisp and white). Overall the volumes are complete, solid and clean. This set is very readable and would make a nice addition to any collection.
