Description: THIRTEEN MOONS by Charles Frazier, #718 of 1,600, Limited 1st Ed., Slipcased, in good condition. This is part of a trilogy from the author of Cold Mountain. It is a work of historical fiction involving the Cherokee Nation. The book is in very good condition. There is a minimal shelf wear on the blue linen, with no fading. It has a pictorial paste-down on the front cover. I don't believe the limited slipcased edition had a book jacket, as the slipcase is the jacket. The corners, binding and deckled pages are in immaculate condition. This special edition is signd by Charles Frazier and is numbered 718 out of a limited Random House release of 1,600. The slipcase has some shelfwear with slightly exposed corners and an indented 3" crease from something being plaed on top of the book. All in all, this is in excellent condition and well below market for this edition. Regarding shipping: I have had an issue in the past where a buyer expected to have his item shipped immediately, even though my stated handling time is 3 days. I am an individual seller, not Amazon.
