Photo 5 shows the other side of the crack which does NOT go all the way through the glass to the backside. Photos 6-8 show where the finial meets the top of the lamp shade. The metal on the top of the lamp shade is misshapen. The finial does screw on most of the way but if you don't get it screwed on just right it will cause the lamp shade to wobble if touched.
