Once I place an order for the replacement please allow an additional 1-4 weeks for the delivery company (not me but the third-party shipping company) to contact you to schedule the re-delivery of your replacement order. If you elect to return an order with damage, it can be returned using my Return Policy and money-back guarantee with the buyer following the Return Policy Procedures. *It is not unusual for like some furniture collections to have light distressing, etc. not caused by shipping damage.
