Description: Offered are three (3) Pre-War Lionel Pressed Steel freight cars for one price. NOTE----ALL DATA IS FROM GREENBERG's 2023 ed. of "The Lionel PPG:" They are all fairly decent. They are: 1. Car #653, Manually dumping Hopper Car, (1934-1940), Greenberg's value---$35.00 up to $65.00, has some surface RUST on couplers. A nice, colorful, attractive car---dumping mechanism works perfectly. 2. Car #655, Box Car (1934-1942), Value $35.00--$60.00, very good condition, also has surface rust on couplers and trucks. Colorful, complete, and the doors work perfectly. 3. Car #656, Cattle Car, (1935-1940), Value $40.00 up to $100.00, MISSING ONE COUPLER, otherwise very nice condition. The coupler should be an easy fix. I had a spare one here but I can't locate it now that I need it. Very colorful, attractive, and the doors work perfectly. For their age, these are three pretty nice, original cars. They are dusty and need cleaned. ALSO, on the minor surface rust---SPRAY SOME WD-40. IT WORKS WONDERS!!!
