Description: For sale is an antique studio art pottery vase by Thulin Belgium. The gourd shape vase stands 7 1/2" high on a subtle footed base. The flambe drip is glossy chocolate brown over a matte blue & green base resulting in a dance of caramel, pale blue and soft green over the voluptuous bulb body. Thulin produced faience pottery from 1887 until 1923. This piece is in very good condition with no damage and light shelf wear on bottom. The vase is marked on the bottom with number 109 and a partial, embossed text for Belgium with obscuring black mark and excess glaze. Made in Belgium.
