Does not come with back rest or cushion. Does not come with tires or tubes for the wheels. The rims, handrims and axels are brand new. The titanium foot rest is new. Some very minor scratches. Great condition overall. Purchased in July 2023. Used for a year part time. Still in very good condition. Only selling due to switching to titanium version. Will be shipped FedEx or UPS in original Tilite wheelchair box. Signature will be required at delivery per eBay policy.
