Because of this, if a kit is not sealed I verify that all parts are in the kit. I will do my best to describe any missing pieces and the overall condition of the kit. I have no way to check decal condition in a sealed kit. With kits that are 10 years old or older, the decals may have yellowed and may not be usable even in sealed kits.
