Description: This is a low loss, 50 ohm, double shielded, 12 ft coax assembly suitable for all HF/VHF/UHF applications up to and including 450MHz. Perfect for Amateur Radio (Ham) and CB applications. We use only Genuine, Made in USA, Times Microwave™ LMR-400UF coax with silver/Teflon PL-259 Male connectors installed on both ends. Connectors have both braid AND center conductor soldered. The flexible TPE jacket is water tight and designed for a minimum service life of 10 years in outdoor installations. With a minimum bend radius of 1 inch, clean installations are a breeze. Features:Low-Loss: LMR-400 Ultra Flex has the lowest loss of any RG8/RG213 'type' cable. This is achieved through the use of a high velocity gas-injected closed cell foam dielectric and bonded aluminum tape outer conductor.Flexible: With a 1-inch minimum bend radius, stranded center conductor and rubber outer jacket designed for multiple bending/ flexing cycles.Weatherproof: The black UV resistant Thermoplastic Elastomer jacket is designed for outdoor exposure, making the cable rugged and resistant to the full range of out-door environments.RF-Shielding: The bonded aluminum tape outer conductor is overlapped to provide 100% coverage, resulting in >90dB RF shielding(>180dB crosstalk) and excellent interference immunity.Weight: 0.088 lbs/ft.
