There is a piece of jewelry in each section. The top is a lapel pin with Santa Mickey and Minnie. In the middle is a ring with a dangle Santa Minnie. The bottom holds a necklace with Santa Mickey and Minnie charms. All is gold tone and come in the original box. The box is 2 1/2" high, 1 1/2" in diameter. It has Christmas images all around it and says "Merry Christmas". It is in mint condition, never opened. Original retail was $25. From a smoke free home.
