Description: Cotton French Language Tote Bag Blue Canvas "Happy Times Pass" w/ inside pocket This bag does not have any tags, but it is unused. I bought it in Japan in order to carry some excess souvenirs home, but was able to fit them all into my suitcase, so I never used the tote. Lovely medium blue bag has on one side the words: "Jai dit.'Le tempsheureux passeen un instant.'" Translated, that is "I said, 'Happy times pass in an instant.'" Bag measures 14 inches wide x 15.5 inches tall x 3.75 inches deep. The handles are 9 inches long, for a total drop of just over 24 inches. There is one inside pocket, 9 x 5.5 inches. There is a light dust smudge on the lower right that would likely come off easily. It could have been that way in the store, or I might have brushed against something while packing it.
