Description: Welcome to Antiques & Moore! This listing is for a lovely vintage Towle Sterling Silver partial gilt demitasse spoon in the "Old Colonial" pattern. The pattern features an ornately embossed bead and scroll design on the handle in high relief with paneled gold washed spoon end. Pattern designed by Lucien D. Cole and was introduced in 1895 by the Towle Silversmiths of Newburyport, MA in business from 1882-present. Marked with Towle trademark stamp and "Sterling 925/1000". Measures 4" long with spoon end measuring 3/4" wide. Weighs 11.5 grams. This lovely spoon is in excellent Estate condition with no noted damage or flaws.
