The picture includes an authentic autograph in silver ink from the actor, David Mattey, who played the Toxic Avenger and his alter universe nemesis, the Noxious Offender (aka "Noxie"). This picture shows Lloyd Kaufman directing the Noxious Offender (Dave Mattey) at Tromadu (AKA The Playboy Mansion).
