Each is protected by a clear Mylar slip cover, the boards are straight, clean and in good shape. The leather spines show only light wear and some slight crazing. The bindings are tight, secure and all pages are attached. There is an personalized book plate in each behind the front cover. Also on the first blank page what appears to be a name in gold ink can be found in each book. There is foxing on the blank end papers along with notes in pencil.
