This hardcover book with dust jacket is heavily illustrated with many rare photographs, full color reproductions of artwork and travel brochures related to the Italian shipping companies and, as the book's subtitle states, it covers the complete history of the diverse ocean liner services provided by the Italian Line steamship company. As I have tried to show with the included photographs, the book is in new condition. It was purchased new, only briefly scanned and carefully handled. It has always been kept in a glass fronted bookcase in a smoke free, air conditioned home. It will be packed in a cardboard box with bubble wrap for protection and shipped via Media Mail. I always ship promptly, and since payment is electronic it should be completed within two days of the auction's end.
