Description: TRANSFORMER 110V/12V 2A My company used thousands of these transformers for a fiberoptic light source we manufactured for almost 30 years. We had them custom built for our application. In that time there were no failures or defective transformers - very good product! We discontinued the fiberoptic line at the end of last year and are selling the remaining components left in stock at below cost. Because they were built for our in-house use we did not need them to be UL Listed or UR Recognized so they are not. I worked with UL and CSA on other products and understand their rules and procedures. These transformers are eligible to be tested and listed, but we had no need for our application so there was no reason to spend the time and expense of listing them.
