Description: C-347 Sonic Bomber Here is a very clean, ready to display Sonic Bomber for your collection. Some surface marks and signs of use but all joints are tight and snappy. The grey button latch on the top of the cockpit is touchy with the spring-loaded mechanism, but this quirk is inherent in the original design.White parts are not bone white but very acceptable for this vintage. There are no "splotchy" or distinct areas of discoloration due to UV damage. The original box and styrofoam insert show normal signs of wear with the inside of the box exhibiting some spots of paper pulp foxing with some migration onto the styrofoam. I have periodically monitored and aired out the box to make sure the foxing hasn't progressed; refraining from any chemical cleaning to retain the integrity of the pulp and styrofoam. The larger plastic window on the front of the box has a tear which will be appropriately protected during shipping. The outer surfaces of the box is in excellent condition. Very clean with good gloss.Colors are vibrant with no signs of UV discoloration. Please view the high resolution photos below for an accurate representation of condition.
