Animation, and is a must-have for any fan of animation merchandise. The item is in great shape and ready for display or play. Seller note: This figure has very minor wear from moving displays and has two very small spots on the back of it's head. The character was created in 1942 and was originally named Orson, changed to Tweety in 1944. It was created by Bob Clampett and voiced by Mel Blanc from 1942-1989. Other actors proving voices include Bob Berger(aka Bergen), who also voiced Porky Pig. Another was Billy !est who also went on to voice Futurama characters Fry, Prof. Farnsworth, Dr. Zoidberg, Zapp Brannigan and most famously, the Red M & M.
