A retired military personnel had gathered a vast collection of UFO-related materials that spanned several decades and was also a field researcher for APRO. However, the unfortunate part is that the previous owner was a smoker, which caused some smoke damage to the materials. The extent of the damage varies and may be light or heavy, depending on one's sensitivity to the smell. One needs to put their nose about 3 inches away from the materials to start smelling the smoke damage. Although the previous owner wasn't a chain smoker the collection is a little yellow and smelly.
