I have enjoyed lightly using the NAS but already have another NAS in my home that suits my needs well, and I don't have much use for this powerhouse. Included in this sale are:- Original unit with box and manuals- 32 GB RAM upgrade- 1 TB SSD (Samsung 990 EVO) - $79 purchased from Amazon, used for data cache- 128 GB SSD (Patriot P300) - $18 purchased on Amazon, used as OS drive- Original 8 GB RAM SO-DIMM- Original SSD including UGREEN NAS software Note: the six (6) drive bays are empty -- this unit does not include any hard disks for mass storage, as shipping these items is challenging. I have tested and confirmed that all 6 drive bay units work well. This item will be shipped to you in the same packaging I received it from the factory. The unit works flawlessly. I have tested all of the ports (USB, HDMI, Thunderbolt, ethernet). I have disabled the 'watchdog' functionality of the BIOS to enable 3rd party OS. I have tested this unit with Proxmox, Unraid, and TrueNAS. Please note, this device does not come with an OS installed other than the supplied UGREEN NASync SSD.
