A large 10.1 liter copper boiler utilizes a pressure sensor management system and PID temperature control to ensure that heat and pressure are always maintained and optimal for a perfect shot of espresso. An integrated shot display lets you time your shot so you know if you need to tweak settings to slow down or speed up the pour.Two steam wands allow you to steam and froth milk to make espressos and lattes, while a hot water dispenser gives you the option of serving teas or cocoas.
