Comes complete with the unmailed registration card signed by the maker. Handmade in Connecticut. The included Gurkha box is in fair condition, with 3 broken corners, 1 broken side and creasing on the lid with staining and wear on the back. I am not sure if this box originally came with the notebook originally. The notebook has a paper and foam padding to protect it before use.
