It ALWAYS had a screen protector, phone camera lens protector, and a case. I only see one hairline scratch on the front screen. It's so small it took me a bit to find it. The camera lens island doesn't have any scratches as far as I can see. There are NO dead pixels, and the screen works PERFECTLY. BUT, as in the photos shown, my case must have been a SUPER cheap case because sadly it did a good number to the back part of the phone. There's a whole bunch of speckled scratches that outline the shape of the case I used. Very annoying because I try my best to keep my phone's nice. But as you can reason, THIS HAS NO IMPACT ON ITS PERFORMANCE! Now software: It's Android 12 upgraded to Android 13, I don't think it supports Android 14 however. Works great, there's only 2 problems I've noticed with the phone that I'll list below. -This is not a camera phone, in that the camera doesn't take the best photos besides the image quality being crummy, every once in a while the camera will glitch in middle of a video. But that happens rarely. If you like nice pics I can't guarantee anything! -Every once in a while (like probably twice a month or less), the phone will say it's connected to 4G or 5G but I won't be able to access web pages. A simple reboot fixes it every time. The 5G hardware is impressive on this phone; I once downloaded a 3GB file over 5G and it only took 15 seconds I upgraded to a Google Pixel so hopefully this will continue to be the daily driver for someone else Contact me for any other questions.
