One time it took months for it to finally eject the DVD. I have not had it looked at for this issue since I didn't need the slot drive.Also, the fan is loud. I took it in to make sure it is working properly and the tech said yes, it's just older and is louder. Hard drives have been erased and MacOS High Sierra has been reinstalled. The computer was used for photo and video editing. I ran the specs through Mac to Sell to find out value, it came back at $470 (see pic). Charging $350 since it's not without blemish & doesn't include keyboard or mouse.
