Description: This is a carded factory sample of Upper Ten for Her Eau de Parfum by Lubin. It should be noted that there is another fragrance by Lubin called Upper Ten. To be clear: this listing is for the women's fragrance. If you are interested in the men's fragrance, check my other listings. The samples are presented in plastic spray atomizers. Each sample contains approximately 1 ml (0.034 FL.OZ) of fragrance. They are packaged in folding sample cards, printed on both sides. The samples available for sale are in original condition and have not been opened. The samples have been stored in their original packaging from the distributor in cold storage since acquisition over six years ago. PLEASE NOTE: The term vintage as applied to fragrance refers to both pre-reformulation fragrances. For newer releases this may mean 10-15 years. Older releases may range anywhere between 15 to 70 years old or, in some cases, even older. While we test all fragrances prior to listing and all of our listings meet our professional standard of acceptability, they may not meet your personal standards. We guarantee that the fragrance is authentic and we ensure that none of the fragrances listed here have "gone off" or "turned" but it should be noted that fragrances do change over time. This is to be expected with vintage fragrances and, indeed, part of the charm of vintage scents. That being said, there are NO RETURNS and NO EXCHANGES based upon subjective assessments of scent quality. ALL SALES ARE FINAL and product is SOLD AS-IS. It should be noted that the fragrance regulations that resulted in so many of changes and reformulations were primarily driven by an abundance of caution in regard to the presence of allergens in fragrances. Given that many of the fragrances that we sell were created prior to the introduction of these regulations, these fragrances may contain materials that are no longer permitted for use in fragrances including allergens and skin sensitizing ingredients.
