Description: Urban Decay Lip Junkie, Perversion, New, Rare. I have had many of these glosses but I have never came across a defect like this. This has definitely never been used. When I took off the cap to make sure everything was perfect, the silicone piece that touches your lips, isn't right. It looks like it has been melted but there is no way that anyone actually melted it. I bought it straight from Urban Decay, so this DEFINITELY happened at the factory. I squeezed the tube a little to make sure the product would come out and it is fine. I didn't squeeze it all the way, just close. Please do not buy if you are not ok with this. It is 100% brand new.
