Description: This came from a deceased mans clock repair shop and it has been in storage indoors for at least 4 years. The note with it says that he took it out of a flood damaged case and was going to oil it and resell it. That was years ago. I pulled on the chains and the gears do turn and the hammers play but I had to pull pretty hard. It is complete with the tube rack, the hands, the chains, the part the pendulum hangs from although that is off and needs to be put back on and the board that all the parts sit on. Because of the note and the words “flood damage” I have given it a close look but I do not see any corrosion anywhere. You need to be the expert about this and I would think it needs some service at least to get it going. Having said that I have no way to test it and it might be fine too! Please look closely at the pictures as they are an integral part of the description. Since I have no way to actually test it it is being sold in "as is, used not running needing service" condition unless noted differently above. Nothing is included other than what is pictured. Please ask any questions BEFORE bidding. No partial refunds are ever given for any reason. I do not ship outside the US. NO exceptions. You must supply a US address to bid on this item.
