It was purchased from a friend who was a Post Master for many years and I purchased his stamp collection that includes stamps, stamp posters and FDC envelopes. USPS Stamp Posters were issued to Post Offices as the stamp was being released folded and sent to the USPS office which they posted on their bulletin board with tape or thumb tacks. It is in very good to excellent condition and will be folded when purchased. The USPS Stamp Poster SPR - Scott Page #SP4 and the stamp is Scott #1059A and in excellent condition. Recently I became a member of the Philatelic Stamp organization to understand about stamp collecting and to sell some of these items.
