Description: US 2023 Sc. #5788-92 4ever Freedom Flag set of 2 pair of stamps VF Coil. Last set of these I have.Ways to tell the 2023 Flags APU from BCA issues. The sheet stamps are all BCA and Have perf(die cuts) on all 4 sides. All the APU issues have the "usps" Micro printing in blue print just below the blue field in the lower left corner of the field. All the BCA issues have the "usps" microprinting in grey print to the right of the bottom red stripe of the flag on the right of the stamp. APU coils are Perf 9.5 and BCA coils are perf 11. Also, the BCA Coils from the 3K or 10K rolls have rounded and pointy edges at top and bottom, whereas the BCA coils from 100 rolls have both rounded corners on one side and both pointed corners on the other side; and APU coils from 100 rolls have square corners at top and bottom.Items have never been removed from original backing.
