Description: Original US Army Major General Uniform named to Bertram Arthur Holtzworth, a veteran of WWII who went on to serve into the 1950s and 1960s. This 1960s-era uniform features a lovely custom ribbon bar, combat leader shoulder straps with MG rank insignia, "HOLTZWORTH" name plate, "U.S." collar insignia, a 6th Army patch, French aiguillette, and more. See photos for details and condition. This uniform (and Holtzworth's story) deserves further research! This uniform came from the collection of John Smarsh, a noted collector of General & Admiral militaria.
