US MADE 450 Ohm Ladderline / Window Line Center Insulator

Description: Center Insulator for creating dipole antennas using 450 Ohm Ladderline, aka Window Line. (Same as my 300 Ohm version only larger, More Pictures Coming Soon!) Check the dimensions drawing and compare to your line, there is so many kinds of 450 Ohm line out there i tried to make one thats mostly universal, may require trimming the window size on the line, etc. The most critical measurement is the outside dimension of the line, this is made for line thats up to 23mm edge to edge, which easily fits all the samples that i have available yet still holds it semi snug. Has a 1/2" hole at the top for the support rope, wire holes to accept up to 12awg wire, 1/4" holes for your connections. This auction is for the two plastic parts only, you supply the hardware. All you need to add is a couple stainless steel 1/4' bolts for your connection points and two Nylon or Metal machine screws and nuts to fasten the top plate that holds the ladderline in place. These are made from ABS plastic. I would recommend Nylon as metal may affect the ladderline. The default color i make these is Black, however many other colors are available! If you have a special need or want for one in a different color just contact me for color availability.
