Manufacturer: Complete Parachute Solutions *Ships Fast and From USA* US Army Issued Modular Airborne Weapons Case (MAWC) is intended for use by static line parachutist and serve to secure the Soldier’s weapon and auxiliary equipment. The unique adjustability features allow the case to be used by all parachutist’s. In addition to the weapon itself, the internal compartment accommodates auxiliary equipment such as Hooligan tool, bi-pod, tri-pod, ammo & optics. This Weapons Case replaced the older version M1950 Weapons Case. It is a padded case, made of nylon, accommodates M4 - M249 with standard butt stock (31” - 41.5”) individual or crew served weapons. It is designed to protect both the jumper and the weapon from injury/ damage during airborne operations allowing protection to withstand opening shock of 8g & drop rate of 27 feet per second. The case has additional cushioning material with a divider allowing a weapon and other special equipment such as Hooligan tool or another weapon like shotgun to be jumped at the same time. The MAWC is highly adjustable in length and width in both the small (listed in auction) and large (not listed in this auction) cases.
