This is a large, heavy, silver and gold tone metal buckle with the eagle, crossed anchors and shield emblem in the center, marked: GP/SP, made by Award design Medals, of Noble, Oklahoma, in the 1980s. It is in pretty decent used condition, as shown in the photos it does have some tarnish / patina, and wear and tear from age and use. It measures approximately 4-3/4" x 31/2", fits a 1-1/2" wide belt and weighs about 8.7 oz.
