I will give you the extra time needed to complete that activity. I accept certs only from the PF (Philatelic Foundation) or the PSE (Professional Stamp Experts). If the stamp comes back not as described you may return the stamp for a full refund and the cost of the cert. You must return both the stamp and the cert to me. It is important that you contact me before you send the stamp out.
