I do my best to make sure the pictures reflect the true nature of the item and if there are any flaws I will make sure they are pictured. Of course I may miss one and if that does happen, please let me know and I will gladly make it right for you. With few exceptions all my clothes are laundered and ironed by me prior to posting. Examples of some exceptions would be; dry clean only items or leather jackets. After taking my pictures and measurements I place all clothes in a clear plastic bag to keep them in the same state they were pictured in. ShippingI know when you purchase something online you want it as soon as possible. So, I almost always ship all purchases within 1-business day. When shipping 99+% of my clothes will be mailed in a special poly mailer or a padded USPS envelop.
