Description: This is 47 panels with a block of four stamps mint never hinged of each stamp, issued by the US Post Office in an original American Commemorative Panels binder. They date from March 83 to Sept 84 missing 3 panels 201,203, and 215 from being complete the binder has empty pages to hold the missing pages. Binder and Panels are in very good condition see the pictures. The panels were taking out of the protective covers for the pictures and then replaced.
