A beautiful 1.5 inch brass coin with the patch designs for the USS Harder SS 257/SS 568, USS Darter SS 576, USS Trigger SS 564 and the USS Trout SS 566 on the front. The little ditty on the front "Always In and Never Out!" was something other sailors would say as a friendly jab to the sailors of the Harder, Darter, Trigger and Trout in the 60's/70's. The back is my own copyrighted design to honor our diesel boat sailors...DBF! This is a true collector's item for those who served on the boats as well as those who knew the ditty. After several requests from sailors of the time I designed this coin. Perhaps there is more behind the story... These coins are designed and only available from me.
