George William McNulty is the shortest sailor in the Real Photo Postcard. I do not know the name of the other man. Fire Controlman 3rd Class GEORGE WILLIAM MCNULTY is noted on the Muster Rolls of serving onboard the USS LOUISVILLE CA-28 from 1943 to 1946. He enlisted in the Navy from Boston on 14 December 1942.
